His professional career began in 2010 with collaborations at renowned architectural offices, including TDC Office (2010–2014) and Next Office (2014 2016). In 2016, he established his own independent practice, IAN Studio, which has since designed and delivered a wide range of residential, commercial, office, and cultural projects, earning top rankings in architectural competitions. Beyond his professional practice, spiridonoff has played an influential role in architectural education. In 2019, he founded IAN Education, an independent platform dedicated to cultivating architectural thinking and bridging the gap between theory and practice. Through lectures, workshops, and educational programs, he has contributed to mentoring a new generation of students and professionals, with a strong emphasis on the significance of reasoning and critical thought as the foundation of architectural design.
