Biography
One-man Army
Pouria Mojdeh, born in 1991 in Tehran, Iran, is an architect, scenic designer, 3D artist, independent game developer, and architecture instructor. He began his career as a visual artist specializing in 3D modeling and rendering in the field of architectural visualization and has over a decade of professional experience in this domain. Pouria holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Soore Art University, one of the most prestigious art universities in Iran.
In addition to his work in digital arts, he has also contributed to architectural research in various magazines and books on architecture.
His works, along with those of his students, are recognized for their realistic and precise rendering style.
He currently teaches both architecture and game development at the university level, including training in Unreal Engine, spatial atmosphere design, level design, and environment art.
At present, his main focus is on interactive architectural projects and independent game development.
His expertise in game design is primarily centered on environmental design, level design, and atmosphere creation.
His artistic philosophy is linked to the Conceptual Art movement, as he believes that human beings will face collapse when the walls of concepts around them break down.
His philosophy on realistic rendering is inspired by the renowned avant-garde painter Władysław Strzemiński, who said:
“The human mind will perceive as real what has been previously experienced by the human eye.”
